The class will start with a thorough warm-up, essential for preparing the body for movement and preventing injury.

Stretching: Targeted exercises to significantly improve flexibility and range of motion.
Technique Drills: Basic center exercises focusing on proper alignment and body placement, drawing from ballet and modern fundamentals.
