Contemporary class is design to learn a style of dance that combines techniques from various genres, including ballet, jazz and modern dance:

• Class will start with warm-up that includes stretching, technique, and coordination exercises.
• Improve flexibility, strength and focus on fluidity, improvisation, and creative freedom that includes floor work, fall and recovery.
• Also use of your emotions, expressions to convey form of storytelling.
• Class will be 70 minutes long
