Contemporary class is design to learn a style of dance that combines techniques from various genres, including ballet, jazz and modern dance:
- Class will start with warm-up that includes stretching, technique, and coordination exercises.
- Improve flexibility, strength and focus on fluidity, improvisation, and creative freedom that includes floor work, fall and recovery.
- Also use of your emotions, expressions to convey form of storytelling.
- Class will be 70 minutes long
